The aims of the Group shall be to serve and represent all ethnic Chinese residing in Moose Jaw.
To further these purposes, the elected directors shall have power to:
(a) Act as spokesperson for its members when important issues come up concerning the Chinese Community.
(b) To assist MJCCN members in various ways within the organization's capacity.
(c) To work with the Moose Jaw community and its various organizations in order to promote Chinese culture.
(d) To organize social activities to promote close ties within the Chinese community.
(e) To welcome newcomers and help them integrate into the local community.
